Burglaries in the 85051 Zip Code - Peoria, Dunlap, 43rd Ave
If you live in the between W. Peoria Ave and W. Dunlap Ave, just east of 43rd Ave, you may already know about this. There have been a HUGE increase in burglaries since Dec.
Just take a look at this Crime Map on
www.AZCentral.com/CrimeMaps
What is going on?
Turns out, a LOT of these homes are easy to break into. About 1/3 to 1/2 of them have a large Plexi-Glass Window right next to the front door. The burglars are either just breaking the Plexi-Glass out, and walking in, or breaking the Plexi-Glass, then reaching in and unlocking the front door.
This Plexi-Glass window is a HUGE weak link, and should be fixed ASAP.

I find this information informative. I had no idea that so many homes in this area are burglarized. How can I protect myself? Do you sell alarms too?
